I. System Overview
The coal mill carbon monoxide monitoring system mainly provides early warning for fire alarms inside the coal mill and the coal storage bin. Shandong Xinze Instrument Co., Ltd.'s design idea is to monitor the CO concentration value produced by coal burning.
The system draws in the CO gas in the coal mill or the pulverized coal bin through the sampling probe through the imported sampling pump, and then the sample gas is pretreated, and the S2000 infrared CO analyzer is used to complete the detection of the CO gas concentration. Any increase in CO concentration is a sign of early fire alarms and the system can make a corresponding alarm.
TK-2000 complete set of device consists of seven parts: sampling, back purge, gas sample pretreatment, gas sample analysis, instrument calibration, program control and signal output. The complete set is controlled by PLC. The complete set of services includes design, supply, technical training and on-site commissioning according to the user's working conditions and requirements. It is an effective means for industrial process monitoring, safety production and environmental protection.
