The traditional calorific value analysis of coal gas uses the combustion method. Its basic principle is to take out the coal gas after pretreatment and send it to the gas chamber for combustion. The calorific value of the coal gas is detected by the temperature change. Because industrial gas is generally dirty and contains tar, dust, water vapor, benzene, naphthalene and other substances, the sampling pipeline and the combustion gas chamber are often blocked in actual use, which affects the normal operation of the equipment. At the same time, the change of gas temperature, pressure and flow will affect the accuracy of the analysis value.
This system uses the analysis method to analyze the calorific value of coal gas. The principle is to convert the calorific value of coal gas by analyzing the content of combustible gas in the coal gas. Our company uses multiple filtering technology to effectively solve the problem of easy clogging of sampling probes and sampling pipelines. The analysis system can measure the volume percentage concentration of each component in the gas through infrared and thermal conductivity gas analysis instruments. The entire working process of the system is automatically controlled by a programmable controller (PLC).
